Par Mehta, MD

Dr. Par Mehta as the newest member of the Radiation Oncology team. Dr. Mehta is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology. He received his M.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL. In 2002, he began his residency training in Radiation Oncology at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. After completing his residency, Dr. Mehta completed a Brachytherapy Fellowship at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY.

Dr. Mehta’s research has been published in several clinical journals and his abstracts and posters were presented at many regional & national conferences. His interest & expertise in the area of prostate cancer treatment will further help expand services at Rush-Copley. His education, training and experience will be an invaluable addition to our mission of providing excellent care to our patients.
